TN MIDASICON 2026 – E-Poster Presentation Guidelines

Please adhere to the following specifications while preparing your E-Poster submission:

1. File Format
   • Submit your E-Poster as a single slide.
   • Accepted format: JPEG (.jpg) only
     
     
2. Layout & Orientation
   
   • Design must be in a horizontal rectangular format (landscape)
   • Aspect ratio should strictly be 16:9
     
     
3. Resolution & Quality
   
   • Minimum resolution: 300 DPI (dots per inch)
   • Ensure high-quality images and graphics to maintain clarity when displayed on large screens
     
     
4. Content Layout Recommendations
   • Title, authors, and affiliations should be clearly visible at the top Use structured sections such as:
     • • Background / Introduction
       • Objectives
       • Methods
       • Results
       • Conclusion
   • Use bullet points for readability
   • Avoid excessive text; keep content concise and visually engaging
     
     
5. Font & Readability
   • Use clear, professional fonts (e.g., Arial, Calibri) Maintain adequate font size:
     • • Title : Large and prominent
       • Headings: Clearly distinguishable
       • Body text : Easily readable from a distance
         
         
6. Visual Elements
   • Incorporate charts, tables, and images where appropriate
   • Ensure all visuals are high resolution and properly labeled
   • Maintain good contrast between background and text
     
     
7. File Naming
   • Name your file as: AbstractID.jpg (Ex: EP1)
     
     
8. Submission
   • Ensure the file meets all specifications before submission
   • Non-compliant submissions may be rejected or returned for correction
