Please follow the instructions below while preparing your paper presentation:
- Presentation Format
- The presentation must be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX format)

- Total slides: 8–10 slides only
- Avoid exceeding the slide limit
- Time Allocation
- Total presentation time: 5 minutes
- Plan your content to fit within the time limit (≈30–40 seconds per slide)

- Objectives
- Methodology
- Results
- Discussion
- Conclusion
- Content Style
- Prefer bullet points over paragraphs
- Keep text concise and to the point
- Avoid overcrowding slides with excessive text
- Visual Presentation
- Emphasize pictorial, graphical, and tabular representation Use:
- Charts and graphs for data
- Tables for comparisons
- Images/diagrams for clarity
- Ensure all visuals are clear, relevant, and properly labeled

- Use clean and professional slide templates
- Maintain consistent font style and size
- Ensure good contrast between text and background
- Avoid excessive animations and transitions
- File Naming
- Name your file as: AbstractID.jpg (Ex: OP1)

- Delivery
- Practice to ensure completion within 5 minutes
- Focus on clear and confident communication
- Highlight key findings rather than reading from slides
