Abstract Submission Guidelines 2024

GUIDELINES FOR PAPER PRESENTATION

  • Please be available in the conference venue at your allotted time.
  • Kindly make your Presentation in 16:9 Slide Size PPT format.
  • Keep your presentation along with Video Clips (If Present) in the same folder.
  • Do take a trial of your presentation in the preview room prior to your session.
  • Make sure your mobile phone is in silent mode before going to present.
  • Personal Laptops are not allowed to present.
  • Your presentation time is 8 minutes followed by 2 minutes discussion.
  • Kindly finish the talk within the stipulated time. Your Screen will cut off automatically as soon as your allotted time is completed.
  • You will be introduced very briefly by the moderator/chairperson.

GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION

  • Please be available in the conference venue at your allotted time.
  • If you are not available at the allotted time, it will be considered as absence and no future chances will be given.
  • Make it as PPT Presentation not more than 3 slides.
  • Kindly make your Presentation in 16:9 Slide Size PPT format.
  • Your presentation time is 3 minutes followed by 2 minutes discussion.
  • Kindly finish the presentation within the stipulated time.
  • Make sure your mobile phone is in silent mode before going to present.
  • You will be introduced very briefly.

CALL FOR SYMPOSIA

  1. Prof. T. Subramanian Symposium – One Hour
  2. Prof. J. R. Sankaran Symposium – One Hour

Any TNASI Life Member in good standing can submit a proposal for one of the two Symposiums mentioned above.

The Member coordinating & conducting the Symposia will be the Proposer. He or she should apply to the Hon. Secretary detailing the Topic of the Symposium, the list of panelists along with their assigned sub-topics, and the duration allotted for each of their presentation. Proposal for symposia must be submitted on or before SATURDAY, the 15th of June 2024.

Scrutiny and approval of the proposal will be done by the TNASI EC, and their decision will be final.

Any ASI member who had been a Co-Ordinator & conducted the named Symposium in the past is not eligible to reapply. However, they can be one of the panelists & presenters.
