1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and registering for TNASI, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, delegates, speakers, and exhibitors.
2. Registration and Eligibility
- Membership: Certain registration categories (e.g., TNASI Member) require a valid membership number. Providing false information may lead to the cancellation of registration without a refund.
- PG Students: Postgraduate students must provide a bonafide certificate from their Head of Department to avail of discounted rates.
- Transferability: Registrations are generally non-transferable unless specifically authorized by the Organizing Committee in writing.
3. Payment and Fees
- All payments must be made in INR (for National Delegates) or USD (for International Delegates) via the official payment gateway.
- Registration is only confirmed once the full payment is successfully processed.
- Any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or transaction taxes are the responsibility of the delegate.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5. Scientific Content and Intellectual Property
- All presentations, abstracts, and research posters displayed at TNASI.
- No Recording: Unauthorized photography, video recording, or live-streaming of scientific sessions and workshops is strictly prohibited.
6. Code of Conduct
Delegates are expected to maintain professional decorum. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to remove any individual from the venue (without refund) who:
- Engages in disruptive or disrespectful behavior toward faculty or staff.
- Promotes commercial products in scientific halls without prior sponsorship approval.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The Organizing Committee shall not be held liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
- In the event of Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics) leading to cancellation, the committee will decide on the refund amount after deducting committed expenses.
8. Changes to Program
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to make last-minute changes to the program, speakers, or session timings due to unforeseen circumstances.
9. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
